From determining your class standing and course load to preserving the academic history of every student since 1882, the Registrar and the Academic Records staff are here to help. If you have questions regarding your academic career, please stop by our office located in Haskell Hall or call 978-368-2218.

The more commonly used forms are posted here for your convenience.  Please submit your form with the appropriate signatures to the Registrar's Office.

 

Student's academic documents are kept in the Registrar’s Office.  Scores of standardized tests taken for scholastic or vocational purposes are kept at the Testing Center.

Students may request transcripts of their academic records on the form provided by the Registrar’s Office.  The form may be downloaded from the link belowPlease refer to the Transcript Request Form for further explanation of additional fees.

 Requests for transcripts are honored when

  • The Student's financial obligation to the College has been met
  • Verification that the student is not in default in meeting government loan (Federal Perkins, Federal Stafford, Federal PLUS, Nursing Student Loans, Massachusetts No Interest Loans) or institutional loan payments.
